בעלת ניסיון בטיפול בחרדה, דיכאון, טראומה, OCD, קשיי ויסות רגשי, קשיים חברתיים ובין־אישיים, דימוי עצמי, ADHD, סוגיות של זהות מינית ומגדרית, וכן ליווי סביב אתגרי הורות ומערכות יחסים. בנוסף, בעלת ניסיון בעבודה טיפולית עם ילדים ומתבגרים, הדרכות הורים, טיפול דיאדי והנחיית קבוצות טיפוליות.
אני רואה בטיפול מרחב שמאפשר לעצור ולהתבונן באופן מעמיק בחוויות, בקשרים ובדפוסים שמלווים אותנו, מתוך מטרה להבין טוב יותר את עצמנו ולמצוא דרכי התמודדות שמתאימות לנו. חשוב לי ליצור קשר טיפולי מקצועי, קשוב ולא שיפוטי, שבו ניתן להרגיש בטוחים להביא את מה שמעסיק ומכביד.
Clinical Psychology Resident, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and parents in a private clinic in North Jaffa and online. My approach is integrative, combining psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, and third-wave approaches, while tailoring treatment to each patient’s individual needs.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, emotional regulation difficulties, social and interpersonal challenges, self-esteem issues, ADHD, questions related to sexual and gender identity, as well as difficulties related to parenting and relationships. In addition, I have experience providing psychotherapy for children and adolescents, parental guidance, dyadic therapy, and facilitating therapeutic groups.
I view therapy as a space for exploring experiences, relationships, and recurring patterns in a thoughtful and collaborative way, with the goal of developing greater self-understanding and finding more adaptive ways of coping. I strive to create a professional, attentive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment in which patients feel safe addressing emotional difficulties and personal challenges.
